Joseph Kirk

Chief Lending Officer

Joseph Kirk is a 35-year veteran of the financial services industry with specialized expertise in loan and credit administration, portfolio management, asset management and credit policy. As Chief Lending Officer, Joe directs Connecticut Community Bank’s overall lending operations.  He develops and implements all strategic loan initiatives, manages the growth of the loan portfolio and directs the commercial lending team.

 

Joe began his career at Connecticut Community Bank in 2016 as Senior Vice President/Senior Credit Officer.  During his industry career, Joe has managed lending and credit operations at both regional banks and specialty finance companies. His past positions include Senior Vice President/Senior Asset Manager at iSTAR INC,  Senior Vice President /Chief Credit Officer at Falcon Financial Investment Trust, and Vice President/Commercial Credit Department Manager at Webster Bank.

 

Joe holds an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Administration.

Randy Napoletano

Commercial Team Leader

Randy Napoletano is a banking and finance professional with 45 years of experience, starting his career at Connecticut Community Bank in 2004.  As Commercial Team Leader, Randy oversees the business development activities of the commercial lending team with a focus on commercial term loans, lines of credit and mortgages.  He also maintains a large portfolio of clients and develops new commercial business.

 

A Norwalk native, Randy has an extensive history of community involvement.  Most recently, he served as a long-tenured Director of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, and chaired the Small Business Council.  He has served as a Board of Director of Open Doors Shelter, Action Housing, Human Services Council, and the United Way of Norwalk & Wilton that included 2001-2002 Campaign Chairperson and the Fund Distribution Committee Chairperson.  He was the past president and treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Norwalk and Board treasurer for the Lockwood Mathews Mansion Museum.  He is especially thankful to have been involved as a long-time volunteer and blind golfer coach for the annual Bill McMahon IV Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Golf Classic held in Norwalk from 1992-2011.

 

A Fairfield Prep graduate, Randy received an MBA in finance from the University of Bridgeport, a B.S. in business administration from St. Michael’s College, and is an Honors Graduate from the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.

Director of Small Business and Government Guaranteed Lending

David Moore has been with Connecticut Community Bank for over twenty years.  He is the Director of Small Business and Government Guaranteed Lending. 

 

Dave admires the tenacity and dedication of small business owners and has dedicated himself to helping them to achieve their goals by harnessing the power of the SBA.  His experience with a wide range of business types allows him to quickly analyze a company’s financial condition and business operations to create the best lending solution. 

 

Dave has deep roots to the community having begun his time at Connecticut Community Bank managing our Riverside Branch in his hometown of Greenwich, CT.  He is a Past President of the Greenwich Lions Club, has had numerous feature business articles published in area publications, and served with the Connecticut Army National Guard in field artillery.

 

Dave is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University with an MA in English with a concentration in writing.
